We don't claim it. We prove it.

Whether a stowage system may travel is decided by experts and transport insurers. This page is written for them: what the stowage concept is validated against, how the material was tested and what is proven in live operation.

A guideline does not certify; cargo is stowed in conformity with it. That is why this page says “validated to”, not “certified to”.

Wet strength, and tested.

Heavy-duty corrugated board, up to 180 layers, bonded with a modified corn-starch adhesive. The bond was tested for eight weeks in a climate chamber at more than 90 percent humidity, plus an expert test series measuring humidity and temperature.

The corrugated board absorbs moisture, keeps its shape and releases it again. Desiccant bags are not needed.

What corrugated board does away with.

Solid wood packaging is subject to ISPM 15, with treatment, marking and documentation duties in every destination country. With corrugated board, none of this applies.

Ask for the documents for your route.

For experts and insurers, we show what has been tested for your route: rulebook, test set-up, result. And we also say what has not been tested yet.
